Scott and Linda Mansfield became an authorized builder for Kent Homes in 2009. As an authorized builder for Kent Homes, Homeworx provides quality turnkey home packages designed to make your home buying experience convenient and hassle free. With customizable plans and an in-house design centre, we make it easy to plan, design and watch the progress of your new home.

Homeworx is a “family” business which also includes Linda’s father, Roy Parsons, P. Eng., a pioneer of both residential and commercial construction in NL. Roy has been building since the 1960’s, and has designed and built some of Newfoundland and Labrador’s landmark properties and is a founding member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA). Working closely together, this family takes care to ensure your home will stand the test of time.
